No. You have complete privacy throughout your stay. For stays of 8 nights or longer, upon request, you are welcome to receive one mid-stay service/clean.

What is the check-in procedure?

Benbullen Retreat is a self check-in property. You will be sent an email the evening prior to arrival with access details to the property. If you do not receive your email or do not have access to email, you will need to contact us before midday on the day of arrival.

Check-in is from 2pm and check-out at 11am.

Can we have an early check-in or late departure?

We do our best to be flexible with arrival and departure times, however, this is dependent upon availability. When completing your booking, please advise if you require some flexibility in check-in and departure times. Due to the expansive grounds, size of the homestead and our strict Covid19 cleaning practices, we require significant preparation time prior to guest arrival and cannot guarantee your request will be met.

Is the access road to your property sealed?

Yes.

Do you accept 1-night bookings?

No, sorry. Our pricing is determined from the costs associated with a minimum of two nights. Therefore, one night stays are not able to be provided any less than the rate for two nights. Some guests choose to book two nights and take advantage of an early arrival or late departure if only able to stay for one night.
