Ferment Asian offers a modern southeast Asian cuisine with an enviable wine list to match. Chef and owner Tuoi creates her Asian fusion using the freshest local ingredients (mostly from her own garden) and is renown for her ability to serve a food with the perfect balance of flavours. 

With a wine cellar that boasts an expansive list of wines sourced world-wide, you are guaranteed to find the perfect wine to create the most memorable dining experience.

To complete the family affair, Tuoi’s parents have a passion for gardening and makes use of their fresh home-grown herbs and ingredients in her traditional dishes.
