The Louise offers two of the Barossa’s best restaurant locales; inspired, regional dining at Appellation and three75 bar + kitchen for comfort food and cocktails that don’t hold back on flavour.
Executive Chef, Kyle Johns, and his team are all about fresh ingredients which is reflected in the fact that 85% of their menu comes from within the Barossa Valley and South Australia. The kitchen garden is a great resource as well as the close relationships they have with local purveyors, farmers and growers.
Their dinner menu encompasses what is fresh from the kitchen garden and nearby local growers and farmers, offering mid-sized plates and sourcing ingredients which reflect the growing seasons. Offering a 4 course set menu with their Sommelier pleased to make regional wine pairing suggestions. You may prefer to select a bottle from the cellar or perhaps you’ll decide to bring along a special bottle to enjoy, in which case a wine service charge may apply.
