The Atrium at Hentley Farm offers a personal dining experience with a discovery tasting menu of dishes showcasing amazing produce either growing wild in and around the Greenock Creek, tended by their Chefs in the farm garden beds or from local farmers and backyard growers whose care and passion is evident through the natural flavours of every product.

Chef Clare Falzon and the restaurant team are inspired by their relationship with the farmers and are committed to respecting the high quality of produce they have the privilege of working with by delivering dishes that allow the subtle flavours in every ingredient and their own personalities & talents shine through.
