Owner’s Col and Fi Sheppard made the bold move of buying a vineyard, moving interstate, changing career paths and building a space to share their passion for this wonderful region and the world class wine & food it produces.
Experience some true Barossa hospitality amongst the vines and enjoy your own private Long Lunch with your group overlooking Flaxman Wine’s vineyard in the picturesque Eden Valley, only a 5 minute drive from Benbullen.
The menu changes each month and is based on what Col can source from the local Barossa markets, producers and what is in season at the time. It is designed for you to sit back, relax and take in the views, all the while enjoying some excellent food and wine with family & friends. It is definitely not a rushed affair, but a wonderful, relaxed and unique Barossan experience for you to enjoy. It is a 5 course degustation with each course paired with wines grown and produced from our own vineyard & surrounds.
This is a unique and intimate dining experience, where you get to enjoy lunch cooked by the winemaker.
