Live like a Barossan with a visit to The Barossa Farmers Market

The Barossa Farmers Market is a genuine farmers market, with produce proudly sourced from local growers, makers, and food artisans. Permanently located undercover in the Vintners Sheds, Angaston, you can do your shopping rain, hail or shine throughout the year.

You’ll find a beautiful and abundant selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, herbs, meats, specialty bread, cheeses, the Barossa’s famous smallgoods, fresh milk, stunning pastries and baked goods, honey, olive oil and olives, freshly roasted coffee and blended teas, gin and confectionery. Pull together the makings of a hearty picnic or think ahead to 5pm and graze as the locals do on a selection of cured meats, local cheeses, olives, bread and condiments.

If you choose to cook up a storm on Benbullen’s beautiful Italian Ilve Stove, you will find an array of world-class and award-winning artisan produce at your fingertips – the perfect excuse to cook up a storm and eat in.

The legendary breakfast bar buzzes on a Saturday morning, with all produce drawn from the stallholders to produce classics like The Market Burger, plus littler plates for kids and a specialty menu which includes vegan and gluten-free options. Locally roasted coffee, creamy Jersey Fresh milk and hand-blended teas along with freshly squeezed juice are a fantastic accompaniment.

Situated at 740 Stockwell Road, Angaston – only a 5-minute drive from Benbullen.
